Taking IRS Disputes Out of the Hands of the IRS
We believe firmly that all IRS disputes should be attempted to be resolved by working directly with the IRS auditor in charge of the case, or that auditor's supervisor. Trial means we will have the right to bring in expert witnesses and cross-examine the IRS's experts. Typically, our expert witnesses will include the certified personal accountant (CPA) who has been working with us on the case. We know how to build cases with the strength to get positive results in federal court.
The IRS does not like to go to court against us. In many cases, when it sees how thorough we have been in preparing our case against it, it will be willing to work with us to reach a settlement before the trial occurs.
